About Us
Chris' grandfather came to the United States from Greece in 1916. He grew up with rich tradition of delicious food, a big fat Greek family, and lots of joyous celebrations. In the Greek family tradition, Chris owned and operated a restaurant in Cincinnati, Ohio for the last 27 years. His experience, innate work ethic, and family recipes provided the perfect foundation to choose his favorite dishes for a food truck in Colorado. His wife, Bobbi, was a teacher for 20 years, but now uses her expertise both on and off the truck to help customers, schedule events, and handle business correspondence. Together, they have blended their family traditions for the past 30 years as they raised their two children. Now, their favorite dishes are combined in It's All Greek To Me - Come join the family!
